Beyond Pink! This is the site that helped to make me fascinated with Mikage. That's right, it's all Bunnybeth's fault! ^^ Or... perhaps not. Beyond Pink is my absolute favorite Mikage site with some very in-depth analysis, a gallery, intro, computer graphics, you name it! Be sure to read the guest essay by Celeste, that cleared up all of the confusion I've ever had with the symbolism of the Black Rose arc. Overall, a wonderful site that gives a good name to Mikage lovers everywhere.
I absolutely love this site, it's my favorite Utena general shrine. Empty Movement is complete with analysis of most characters, an Akio shrine that kept me both rivited and laughing for hours, beautiful layouts and computer media, and her hilarious sillysubs. My layout is filled with pictures from her colossal gallery (if she didn't have the gallery, I would have been struggling; it's impossible to find a good Mikage picture on the net) So I'd suggest you go there. Now ;)
Utena.net! Yet another of my favorite Utena sites. It even has a Mikage section! Hoorah! Though the Mikage portion is brief, there are in-depth shrines to pivitol characters such as Utena and Wakaba. Utena.net is another of the best Utena sites around.
The Utena Encyclopedia! If you want all of the basic information, scripts, and early lyrics from Shoujo Kakumei Utena, The Utena Encyclopedia is THE place to go.
Want to know what the lyrics are to the Akio duels, Apocalypse duels, and later OSTs? Cantarella Cookie has all of the lyrics you can't find anywhere else. It even has notes and explanations to the translations, which is extremely helpful, especially for songs written by J.A. Seazer.

:::Praises the Lady::: It's a Ruka site! Whee! (I and my *popular* ideals... I dislike Touga, I love Mikage, *and* I like Ruka! I'm expecting the Crucifixion any day now o.O) It's the sole Ruka shrine I've seen, but aside from that, it's filled with deep analysis on his character, those who intereact with him, and even his duel song. Tenshi Androgynous rulest, so GO! ^^
E.V.I.L. now (Every Villain in Links Now!) is a huge link database dedicated to the villains in anime. They even included Anthropopathism in their newsletter! If you wish to know more about any anime villain, chances are E.V.I.L. now has at least a few sources.

of the Unanesthetized Castration of Touga Kiryuu) is a place for all ye who
believe the one- man venereal disease machine should be stopped.

The Gay Straight Alliance of Algonquin Regional High School
The REASON I go to school on Tuesdays is to attend the GSA meetings and spread awareness that homosexuality is a good thing; straight people and gay people have the ability to cooperate together. I feel that, though the club is disrespected now, (I'm not going to get into it, the actions of my fellow students make me ill) that we shall educate and change lives of students in Algonquin. We're here to educate our phobic students so those discriminative actions will not happen. So PAH to all you homophobes ^^
